Hello! I’m Manisha Gupta, an enthusiastic and dedicated professional currently immersed in an intensive six-month tech cohort. My primary focus is to master Identity and Access Management (IAM), leveraging my 8+ years of experience in Software Development & Automation to pivot into the cybersecurity domain. This portfolio is a reflection of my continuous learning and practical application of new skills.

My Learning Journey

My cohort program is structured to provide a robust foundation and hands-on experience across critical tech areas:

Programming & Scripting: Gained proficiency in Python, developing applications like “GoFit,” and mastering Unix commands for system interaction and scripting.
Automation & API Integration: Developed automation scripts and integrated various APIs to streamline processes and enhance system functionalities.
Cloud Infrastructure & AWS: Acquired knowledge in cloud infrastructure principles with a specific focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS), covering deployment, management, and security of cloud resources.
Prompt Engineering: Explored and applied techniques for designing effective prompts to interact with AI models, enhancing my ability to leverage artificial intelligence.
Identity and Access Management (IAM): Deep diving into core IAM concepts such as federated identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access governance. I am actively working on a practical project to demonstrate comprehensive IAM design and implementation skills.
Project Development: Engaged in a significant Capstone project, covering the full lifecycle from meticulous design and architectural planning to feature implementation, integration, advanced development, and final refinement.

Aspirations

I aspire to become a proficient IAM Engineer, capable of designing, implementing, and managing secure identity solutions that not only enhance an organization’s security posture but also streamline user experiences. I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute to innovative teams and grow within the cybersecurity landscape.
